22nd March 2020 marks the 49th anniversary of the establishment of China-Kuwait diplomatic relationship. On this occasion, Ambassador Li Minggang published a signed article entitled ‘Sunshine always comes after rain’to Kuwait’s most widely circulated Arabic newspaper Alanba daily, where he briefed on China-Kuwait cooperation in COVID-19 epidemic control, highlighting that the strategic friendship of sharing weal and woe between China and Kuwait has been fully revealed amidstthe joint battle against COVID-19 outbreak in the past two months.
