On September 12, 2023, Ambassador Zhang Jianwei met with Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al Sabah, in the presence of Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Al Sabah. The two sides exchanged views on China-Kuwait relations, bilateral cooperation in various sectors and other issues of common concern.
