On March 22, 2022, a signed article by Chinese Ambassador Li Minggang titled “Renew China-Kuwait Relations with Firm Confidence: in Commemoration of 51st Anniversary of China-Kuwait Diplomatic Relations” was published on Kuwait’s most widely circulated Arabic newspaper Al-Anba, stressing the full confidence of both sides in future development of bilateral relations. He pointed out in the article that with a shared belief and common goals, cooperation between China and Kuwait has a solid foundation and enormous potential, and the growing relationship between the two sides will serve as a stable and positive force amidst global uncertainty. Ambassador Li extended his gratitude to people in various sectors in Kuwait for their support he enjoyed in his tenure and looked forward to greater achievements in bilateral relations in the future.
